I remember there were a few site crashes and stuff but frankly I am impressed that this software (a) is still running almost 25 years later and (b) it wasn't hacked to smithereens at some point and full of smut (the bad kind).

It's crazy how technology and communications and "social media" and everything else has changed since we were all just young punk fans posting on a Bored with Star Wars logos all over the place.

By and large we've all got to be in our 40's and 50's by this point. Careers, kids, pools, debt, drinking habits.. the whole shebang!

I doubt many will remember this place OR find their way here, but if you do, I remember you (YES, YOU!) and I remember the fun we had here during the very budding of the "social internet". Somehow it formed a core part of my being that never really left.
